Jeff O’Driscoll

Jeff O’Driscoll, P.Eng., is a leader in assessing climate change resilience on infrastructure and held the designation of Infrastructure Resiliency Professional (IRP) from Engineers Canada. Jeff is a Civil Engineer with over 30 years experience in engineering management, project development and planning, design and construction. In 2007 Jeff was involved in the first project applying the PIEVC Protocol Climate Risk Assessment Process developed by Engineers Canada for the City of Portage la Prairie Waterworks Infrastructure. Since this time Jeff has worked across Canada and internationally on climate change resilience projects including many knowledge transfer, training and facilitation workshops and advisory services including Climate Lens assessments across Canada.

Jeff is currently the Infrastructure Division Manager for Associated Engineering’s Winnipeg office. Jeff is a member of the Engineers and Geoscientist of Manitoba Sustainable Development Task Group, Association of Consulting Engineers of Manitoba Board, American Waterworks Association Board, Canadian Water and Wastewater Association Climate Change Committee and chairs Associated Engineering’s Climate Change Advisory Group.
